he mom's Support group is for new mothers with children 12 months old and under. The group also welcomes expectant mothers who want to get a headstart on learning. The group will be a safe place to explore the transitions into parenting, both the joys and challenges.

One in seven women experiences a mental health issue either prenatally or postpartum. They are often not treated, which can disrupt the attachment process fully show up regarding the socioemotional needs of your child, and self-care.

The group aims to provide peer support for new moms and normalize not feeling yourself, and it is okay that you don't know everything.
